Enviroinvest Environmental Investment and Consulting Ltd. was founded in 1998. Although the firm is relatively young, its managers have experience of many decades in the field of environmental protection and administration, and they own numerous patents and publications.

CEO Árpád László Kovács graduated at the Veszprém University of Chemical Engineering as an environmental engineer. From 1970 to 1990 he worked in the field of water quality protection in a leading post. Later deputy manager of the South-Transdanubian Environmental Supervisory Authority until 1993; manager of the Middle-Transdanubian Environmental Supervisory Authority until 1995; and from 1995 to 1998 deputy state secretary in the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Policy.
